Sales Executive - Full Cycle (Managed Service Providers)

Discussion

Compensation: $30k – $50k • No equity

About Us

Briidge.one is a custom AI and software transformation company helping established businesses turn fragmented operations, legacy systems and proprietary data into intelligent digital infrastructure.

We build the systems businesses need when off-the-shelf SaaS no longer fits how they operate.

Our work includes custom AI systems, internal platforms, client portals, workflow automation, reporting systems, integrations and legacy modernization.

Projects typically range from $20K–$100K+.

We are now expanding our work with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), IT service companies and technology service businesses.

The Role

We are looking for a Full-Cycle Sales Executive / Business Development Partner focused on MSPs.

MSPs are uniquely interesting to Briidge.one because they often sit at the intersection of technology and operations.

They manage large amounts of client data, tickets, projects, contracts, documentation, billing, monitoring and internal workflows — often across multiple disconnected systems.

Your job is to identify MSPs where those operational gaps have become expensive and sell the transformation required to fix them.

You will own the entire sales process from account research through closed deal.

What You'll Own

1. Account Research & Prospecting

Identify MSPs and IT service providers with meaningful operational complexity.

Research:

  • Number of employees
  • Client base
  • Service offerings
  • PSA/RMM stack
  • Ticketing systems
  • CRM
  • Billing infrastructure
  • Internal workflows
  • Growth trajectory
  • M&A activity
  • Operational bottlenecks

Target:

  • Founders
  • CEOs
  • Managing Directors
  • COOs
  • CTOs
  • VP Operations
  • Heads of Service Delivery
  • MSP owners

2. Outbound Sales

Build personalized campaigns around real MSP problems.

Examples include:

  • Too many disconnected systems
  • Manual reporting
  • Ticket and project data fragmentation
  • Client visibility problems
  • Manual QBR preparation
  • Repetitive service delivery workflows
  • Poor internal knowledge management
  • Manual onboarding
  • Inefficient billing workflows
  • Legacy PSA/CRM integrations
  • Client portals that don't reflect how the MSP actually operates

The goal isn't to sell "automation."

The goal is to show an MSP owner where operational complexity is costing them money.

3. Discovery & Qualification

Run discovery calls with MSP owners and operators.

Understand:

  • How clients are onboarded
  • How services are delivered
  • How tickets move through the organization
  • How projects are managed
  • How billing works
  • How clients receive updates
  • How internal teams access information
  • Where employees duplicate work
  • What systems don't communicate with each other

Identify where custom software can create meaningful leverage.

4. Solution Selling

Work with Briidge.one's technical team to develop solutions such as:

  • MSP operating platforms
  • Custom client portals
  • AI support assistants
  • Internal knowledge systems
  • Automated reporting
  • PSA/CRM integrations
  • Workflow automation
  • AI-powered service delivery systems
  • Custom dashboards
  • Legacy system modernization

Position the solution around:

margin, client retention, service delivery, utilization and scalability.

5. Proposal & Closing

Own the opportunity through proposal, negotiation and close.

You will present directly to MSP owners and executives and handle objections around:

  • Cost
  • Migration
  • Security
  • Integration
  • Implementation
  • Internal adoption
  • ROI

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling software, IT services, MSP services or technology consulting
  • Experience selling $20K+ projects strongly preferred
  • Experience selling to MSP owners or IT executives is a major advantage
  • Experience selling into US, UK, Canada, Australia or Europe
  • Strong consultative sales ability
  • Comfortable understanding technical environments without needing to be an engineer

Ideal Candidate

You're probably a great fit if you:

  • Understand how MSPs make money
  • Know the difference between PSA, RMM, CRM and service delivery workflows
  • Can talk to an MSP owner about margins rather than software features
  • Can identify operational problems worth $20K+ to solve
  • Can sell transformation rather than licenses
  • Can run your own pipeline
  • Can close without relying on someone else to do the commercial conversation

If you know how to find the operational bottlenecks inside an MSP and turn them into a business case, we want to hear from you.
