Headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, we operate across the UK and European logistics markets, delivering reliable haulage solutions through outstanding service, technology and a customer-first approach. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Warsaw team and looking for ambitious Sales Executives to help drive our UK business.

🎯 Your role

You'll focus on winning new business, building long-term customer relationships and growing your own portfolio across the UK market.

What you'll be doing

• 📧 Generating new business through email campaigns, LinkedIn and referrals.

• 📞 Conducting outbound sales calls to businesses across the UK.

• 🤝 Building and managing long-term customer relationships.

• 🚚 Identifying customer transport needs and providing tailored logistics solutions.

• 💰 Preparing quotations and negotiating competitive transport rates.

• 📈 Following up on sales opportunities to maximise conversions.

• 💻 Managing your sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.

• 🤝 Working closely with the Operations team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• 🎯 Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

✅ What we're looking for:

Essential

• Previous experience in B2B sales, logistics, transport or freight forwarding.

• Experience in outbound sales or telesales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence in identifying customer needs, handling objections and closing deals.

• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Commercial awareness and strong organisational skills.

• Experience using CRM systems.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience within UK haulage or freight brokerage.

• Experience using HubSpot CRM.

• Experience managing a sales pipeline and delivering strong sales results.
