- Strategically promote and sell the company’s products and services to key clients and target markets.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions and cost-benefit analyses with decision-makers to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Build, maintain, and expand long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking activities to drive revenue growth.
- Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements for clients and the company.
- Manage and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent progress toward achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer requirements effectively.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management, contributing to business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to overall team performance and success.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales,
Transportation, or related fields (advanced degrees are a plus). · 1+ years of proven experience in business
development or sales, particularly in inland freight, transportation, or
logistics industries. · Strong understanding of cross-product inland
freight services and supply chain solutions. · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and
presentation skills, with a history of closing large and complex deals. · Demonstrated ability to manage and lead sales
pipelines for high-value accounts. · Must own a car and have a valid driver’s
