Sales - Filtration Sales Manager
This position is responsible for the sale of the organization’s products in a specified region or, major geographical area, or specific market channel. The Filtration Sales Manager will work with current customers to ensure their satisfaction with AstenJohnson NonWoven's product and develop new customers to grow AstenJohnson NonWoven's sales. The Filtration Sales Manager will represent the Voice of the Customer at internal AstenJohnson NonWoven meetings.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manages account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets
Assists with the planning of sales exhibits
Attends trade shows
Coordinates and assists in leading sales meetings to include site selection and agenda preparation
Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers
Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods in attaining new accounts
Troubleshoots problems regarding products provided, answers questions, and handles complaints
Assists in production planning including product sales forecasts and inventory control
Leads and direct support team and appropriate departments in the implementation of sales and product strategy
When necessary, assists in sales budgeting and planning, establishes sales goals and quotas and ensures accountability among sales personnel

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
At least 7-10 years of field sales experience
Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Usual office working conditions
50-75% travel will be required to maintain customer relationships and develop new accounts
