Summary
Handles the end-to-end sales flow at a gifts company — replying to WhatsApp, email and website enquiries, preparing quotations in Xero, and following up to order confirmation — while also creating product mock-ups and print-ready artwork, plus light product image editing and website uploads.
Main objective:
Handle customer enquiries from enquiry → artwork → quotation → order confirmation, while keeping follow-ups organised and timely.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales Enquiries
- Reply to WhatsApp, email and website enquiries
- Understand product, quantity, printing and deadline
- Recommend suitable products
- Prepare quotations in Xero (we will teach you if you do not have experience)
- Follow up until order is confirmed
Artwork & Mock-ups
- Prepare simple product mock-ups for customers
- Resize/reposition customer logos
- Prepare print-ready artwork
- Obtain artwork approval before production
Website / Marketing — Secondary
- Basic product image editing
- Upload new products when sales workload permits
- Simple social/content work only when required
