Sales Interior Designer (Custom Furniture) | Work From Home | High Commission

Job Responsibilities

We specialize in custom furniture and creative carpentry solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Conduct on-site measurements and provide professional recommendations at customers' homes. (Appointments are pre-arranged by the company.)

2. Understand customers' needs, answer their questions, and recommend suitable design solutions to close sales.

3. Prepare CAD layout drawings, quotations, and design proposals based on customers' requirements.

4. Finalize customer requirements and prepare production drawings (in Chinese) for submission to our factory.

5. Manage projects from start to finish, including design, production, logistics, delivery, installation, and after-sales service to ensure successful project completion.

Expected Start Date: 1 September 2026

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in furniture sales, interior design, or the home furnishing industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and other common office software.

• Diploma or above in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.

Commission Structure

First 3 Months – Fixed Commission

• Commission: 15% of total sales

• If your commission and applicable allowances are less than S$1,200, the company will top up your monthly salary to S$1,200.

From the 4th Month Onwards – Performance-Based Commission

• Monthly sales up to S$10,000: 15% commission

• Monthly sales above S$10,000 up to S$15,000: 16% commission

• Monthly sales above S$15,000 up to S$20,000: 18% commission

• Monthly sales above S$20,000: 20% commission
