What You’ll Do...
As an FNIC intern, every day brings new challenges and opportunities. You’ll...
- Build connections: Assist with prospecting, lead generation, and communicating with clients & prospects (with mentorship).
- Discover trends: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess industry shifts.
- Get hands-on with technology: Learn FNIC’s agency management system (Applied Epic) to track leads and manage pipelines.
- Create impact: Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Expand your network: Join mentors at client meetings, networking events, and community engagements.
- See the bigger picture: Shadow teams across departments to understand the full policy lifecycle.
- Learn by doing: Participate in ride-alongs, support mentor producers on projects, and complete a mid-summer and final capstone project showcasing your growth.
