Sales Lead (Part-Time Manager)

Claire’s is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Part-Time Key Holder to help lead our store team and create a fun, welcoming shopping experience! The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations, team leadership, sales performance, and store standards while helping customers express themselves through fashion, jewelry, and accessories. Ear piercing training will be provided and required to join our team!

• Must be 18 and over
• Ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with being trained to pierce ears
• Comfortable with high volume
• Comfortable with working alone
