Sales Manager $7K - $8.5K + AWS + up to 2 months VB / Petrol + Mobile + Comm (Location: West)
Summary
Leads a sales team to meet revenue targets in the Oil & Gas, EPC, and Fabrication sectors, focusing on instrumentation, valves, and rotating equipment. Manages client relationships, negotiates contracts, and drives aftermarket sales while collaborating with engineering and servicing teams.
Key Duties
- Lead and manage the sales team to hit assigned revenue targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies for instrumentation, valves and rotating equipment
- Identify and secure new clients in the Oil & Gas, EPC and Fabrication sectors
- Grow and maintain relationships with existing key accounts
- Drive aftermarket sales, including spares, servicing and replacement projects
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial terms with customers
- Conduct market analysis to identify demand trends and new opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and performance updates
- Report sales performance directly to the Sales Director
- Work closely with engineering and servicing teams to deliver client solutions
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Process, Chemical or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' sales experience in Oil & Gas Industry
- Knowledge of Instrumentation, Valves or Rotating Equipment
- Existing network of Oil & Gas, EPC or Fabricator customers is an advantage
- Proven track record in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and contract management ability
- Competent in market analysis and sales forecasting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in technology or professional services is a plus
