Ignite your career as a dynamic Sales Manager at Alert 360, where you will lead the charge in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and building a high-performing sales organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in growing and mentoring a sales team focused on both residential and small business (B2B) markets. This is a hands-on field leadership position: expect to spend 70–80% of your time in the field coaching team members, meeting clients, and actively driving new sales in the community.
Responsibilities
- Build & Lead Sales Team: Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain top talent to build and scale a dynamic sales team targeting residential and small business clients.
- Field Leadership: Spend 70–80% of your working time in the field alongside your team—leading by example through ride-alongs, field coaching, and direct prospect engagement.
- Residential & Small B2B Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share across residential homeowners and small local businesses.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key homeowners and business owners, ensuring custom security and smart technology solutions meet their unique needs.
- Business Development: Drive active lead generation, local networking, and proactive community outreach to expand the sales pipeline.
- CRM & Data Management: Utilize Salesforce to track team activity, monitor sales metrics, forecast performance, and streamline pipeline management.
- Deal Closure & Negotiation: Guide your team through sales cycles, applying proven negotiation skills to close deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
