The company is a well-established Australian-owned and operated firm that possesses a large inventory of small to medium-sized lifting equipment and machines for the construction and mining industries. They have big plans for expansion and are looking at building a state-of-the-art facility. Being that they are committed to offering a great service; and while providing tailored solutions for their dependable equipment, they have seen an increased demand for their services. Due to ongoing business growth and expansion into the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast areas, they are now seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join their team.

The Position…

In this position, you will focus on developing new business and creating strong relationships with existing customers. Your success with be measured by meeting sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and developing client relationships to reach their full potential. Your customer base is anyone who requires access to equipment so it is imperative to have the knowledge to converse on a business level with customers.

· Growing the business with new opportunities as well as maintaining current database of customers

· You will need to be able to cold call new clients

· Reporting on sales activity and meeting KPIs each month

The Ideal Candidate…

The ideal candidate must have the following:

· Previous sales experience, preferably in the access hire industry

· A demonstrated track record of developing new business and managing client relationships

· Be a team player with excellent communication skills

· Be able to work autonomously with good problem-solving skills

· Excellent computer skills

· Good organizational skills & a high level of efficiency

· Past history of high achievement in a challenging environment
