Sales Manager (Cleaning Industry)

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.
• Identify and manage tender opportunities from initial submission through award stages.
• Assess client sites and evaluate cleaning requirements based on operational needs and site conditions.
• Prepare and present proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and deliverable.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience in the cleaning industry.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience within the cleaning industry.
• Experience in both site operations and sales functions.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaising with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Valid driving license.
• Own personal vehicle required to attend site meetings.
