Sales Manager - Cleanroom

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth for Cleanroom and HVAC solutions within the Semiconductor and Pharmaceutical industries. The role focuses on business development, consultative selling, tender management, and developing long-term relationships with end users, consultants, contractors, and developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and strategic customer relationships.

• Support pre-sales activities, tender submissions, and proposal development.

• Promote Cleanroom and HVAC solutions through technical presentations and customer engagements.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

• Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, quotations, and project opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 6 years of technical sales/business development experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in Semiconductor, Datacenter Pharmaceutical, or Cleanroom industries.

• Strong knowledge of Cleanroom and HVAC systems.

• Experience in tender preparation, costing, GMP compliance, and IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-driven, hunter-minded, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to travel as required.
