Sales Manager - Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Performance Bonus
Description
Job Description
Kessler Insurance Group is one of the fastest-growing Allstate agencies in the region. We have grown from a $2.2 million agency to more than $11 million in premium and continue to grow aggressively.
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead, develop, and grow an already strong, fast-paced sales team.
This is a leadership role. You will not carry a personal sales quota or compete with your team for opportunities. Your focus will be on improving team performance, developing producers, recruiting additional talent, building accountability, and creating a sales organization capable of supporting continued agency growth.
We are looking for someone who understands insurance sales, knows how to coach performance, and is comfortable being measured by the results of the team they lead.
The right person will be able to identify why a producer is struggling, coach them through it, push top performers to improve, recruit strong talent, and make difficult personnel decisions when necessary.
This is a full-time hybrid position based out of our North Olmsted, Ohio office. The role requires regular time for coaching, interviews, team meetings, and leadership meetings, but the exact hybrid schedule will be based on the needs of the team.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary based on experience plus an uncapped performance bonus tied to team production, agency growth, and team performance. Successful Sales Managers can earn approximately $115,000–$140,000+ in total compensation, with additional upside as the team grows.
