Maintain accurate weekly and monthly forecasts, identify pace and conversion gaps, and implement action plans to achieve room, catering, and ancillary revenue targets.

  • Delivering compelling site tours and presentations that showcase the full resort experience.
  • Create and maintain strategic account plans for key corporate and group clients, including production goals, stakeholder maps, retention strategies, and opportunities to expand business across need periods, seasons, and resort offerings.
  • Conduct post-event follow-up with clients and internal teams to review outcomes, resolve concerns, capture feedback, and secure repeat or future business while the relationship is active.

Sales Process & Contracting

  • Lead the sales process from inquiry through contract execution.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and concessions in alignment with revenue goals and guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely proposals, contracts, and follow-up communication.
  • Maintain complete and accurate CRM records, including account profiles, activities, opportunities, contracts, lost-business reasons, and next steps. Monitor lead response times, pipeline hygiene, and follow-up standards to support reliable forecasting and consistent client service.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Private Events Manager and resort-wide cross-functional teams for seamless event handoff and execution
  • Align with marketing on lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Communicate client needs clearly to ensure delivery meets or exceeds expectations.

  • Contribute to ongoing refinement of group sales approach and segmentation focus.
  • Represent the resort at trade shows, industry events, client appointments, familiarization trips, and targeted sales missions. Plan pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up, and measure resulting leads, opportunities, and revenue contribution.

Personal Skills

  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently with excellent time management skills.
