Position Summary:
- Proactively targets corporate, group/catering and MICE accounts, markets, or segments with heavy emphasis on proactive solicitation and account saturation to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
- Reactively manages incoming inquiries.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve property’s objectives whilst consistently analysing market information
- Understands the overall market - competitors, economic trends, supply and demand etc
- Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Ensures full focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships
- Demonstrates a proactive, solutions-focused attitude, strong drive, and the ability to communicate openly and effectively.
About You:
- 2 Years + Experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
