Job Title: Sales Manager
Reporting Line: Sales General Manager
Working Location: South Jakarta
Key responsibility areas:
- Focus on delivering monthly Sales targets for Key customer LMT nationwide (Local Modern Trade or GT)
- In charge of developing strategy and direction to key customer LMT Nationwide
- Develop commercial relationships with key customers LMT nationwide
- Engage & collaborate with internal and external parties to develop end-to-end operational process
- Support key customer LMT needs
- Develop and enhance store display in key customer LMT nationwide
- Create monthly analysis, progress report and presentations
- Budget annual management
What is the background of the ideal candidate? (Ie: Experience, current role, Industry)
- Result oriented
- Minimal 5 years of experience working in FMCG Business as Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, SPM, Trade Marketing (food and beverage)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong expense and account management
- Proficient speaking in English will be an advantage
- Able to drive a CAR
- Comfortable working with deadline administration and reporting
