Sales Manager (m/f/x)

Your Role - Own the Client, Drive the Growth

• Take ownership in identifying, pursuing, and securing new corporate client relationships

• Prepare, calculate, monitor, and negotiate client offers, tenders or request for proposals

• Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across clients and their supply chain

• Own the day-to-day management and maintenance of our CRM system (HubSpot)

• Deliver exceptional and proactive client service

• Coordinate the client onboarding process in co-operation with our Client Success Team to ensure smooth program roll-out

• Manage business relationships at all levels within the client organization

• Work closely with Product to shape new solutions based on client needs and market feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sales, Finance or a related field

• 3+ years’ in a client-facing, commercial role (Sales, Account Management, Client Success)

• Savvy and convincing communication and inter-personal skills

• Pro-active, self-motivated, and service-oriented mindset, able to collaborate with a highly professional team

• Excellent organizational capabilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in German and English – other languages are a plus
