Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth ( Ballast Water, Elevators, Instruments & Control ) for our Marine Inspection, Spares & Technical Services division @ marine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) sector

The ideal candidate should have MINIMUM3 years of experience in marine sales, with an established network among ship management companies, ship owners, charterers, operators, and technical managers. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with shipowners, vessel managers, and shipyards, and securing long-term service contracts. You will be the primary bridge between our technical engineering teams and our clients, ensuring tailored maintenance solutions that keep vessels operational and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across inspection, spare parts, and marine technical service offerings, with key responsibility be Revenue Generation & Business Development & Market expansion.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
  • Identify, approach, and secure business from ship management companies, ship owners, charterers, technical managers, operators, and offshore clients.
  • Promote the company's marine inspection services, spare parts supply, and technical marine services.
  • Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the maritime industry.
  • Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Follow up on quotations, contracts, and customer feedback to maximize conversion and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend maritime exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
  • Other related scope of work w.r.t. Sales, BD & Customer Relationship Management
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates using CRM tools.
