Sales Manager (Marine / Oil & Gas) Basic $5.8K – $6.8K / High Commission + Transport + Mobile Allowance / VB up to 2.5 months + AWS (West Area)

Responsibilities

• Originate, qualify and win new business key accounts
• Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and site assessments through technical consultation, proposals, commercial negotiation and closing
• Meet and regularly exceed monthly revenue targets
• Grow revenue from existing accounts through strategic account planning and strong client relationships
• Recommend suitable products and solutions to customers based on their applications and site conditions
• Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure on-time delivery and reliable after-sales support
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure payments are collected according to agreed terms
• Track market trends, competitor activity and the sales pipeline, and report regularly to senior management
• Travel overseas as required to support and expand the regional customer base

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline preferred
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a relevant industry
• Background in Industrial or Technical B2B sales strongly preferred
• Self-driven and results-oriented, and open to overseas travel when needed
