Sales Manager (Marine Safety)

- 5 days: 8.45am - 5.15pm
- Permanent role + AWS + VB + Yearly Sales Incentive (Commission)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing marine accounts.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Gather market intelligence and identify customer requirements.
- Deliver sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Build strong relationships with shipowners, ship managers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Recommend suitable technical products and service solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to account retention.
Requirements：
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field, or Master Mariner/Chief Engineer certification.
- Minimum five years of marine sales experience.
- Strong marine industry knowledge and established customer network.
- Experience in direct technical sales and solution selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
