Sales Manager (Marine Software)

Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell our services to potential clients by making cold calls and delivering persuasive pitches.

- Identify qualified leads for all services and manage the sales cycle to close new deals.

- Develop a deep understanding of our products and be capable of delivering presentations and demos to businesses.

- Generate highly qualified sales opportunities through self-driven efforts while staying up to date with promotional trends and best practices.

- Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and monitor competitors consistently.

- Organize and manage sales processes and maintain databases.

- Collaborate with the global sales team to support our existing international clients.

Requirements:

- Proven success and strong network within the local marine industry.

- Solid understanding of the sales process with exceptional skills in lead generation.

- 2-6 years of experience in business development within the maritime sector.

- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and experienced in sales.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to effectively manage a sales territory.
