Sales Manager

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager with a successful dealership based in Dublin. The client requires a strong candidate to join an established sales team. You must have experience within the role of a Sales Manager within a main dealership to be considered for this role.

The Role:

• Full responsibility of managing the sales team and helping to develop them to achieve targets
• Will assume responsibility for all aspects of the Sales Department
• Great communication skills are a must as working with a team is a major part of the role
• Liaise with the Business Manager and General Manager on how to improve areas within the sales team

Requirements:

• Experienced Sales Manager looking for a new challenge
• Main dealership experience
• Evidence of successes within your current role with achieving the targets set
• Proficient in Kerridge
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure within a busy environment
