Job Summary

You will lead, coach, and scale a sales team to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and execute strategic sales plans. This role requires a data-driven leader with a proven record of meeting sales targets and developing top-performing talent.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales representatives to maximize team potential and performance
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and grow the customer base
• Set clear individual KPIs, monitor team performance, and conduct regular pipeline reviews to ensure goal attainment
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to support business growth
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
• Manage the sales budget and deliver accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3–5+ years of successful experience as a sales representative or sales manager with consistent achievement of sales targets
• Proficient in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools to optimize sales operations
• Deep understanding of the local market, customer buying behaviors, and effective sales methodologies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience using social media platforms (WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) for sales or marketing purposes
• Skills in videography and video editing to support sales and promotional activities
