Description
- To identify and develop new business opportunities with focus in Ocean freight forwarding or Contract Logistics (Warehousing, Distribution, etc.)
- Promote existing customers’ retention, cross selling and upselling
- Work with Pricing team on Ocean freight in order to secure competitive rate and space with carrier
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management preferred
- More than 5 years’ experience in logistics/Ocean freight business
- Proven track record in generating New Business Development/Sales account
- Candidate with experiences working in a Global/ Top forwarding company will be viewed favorably
- Knowledge in overall logistics business (Air, Ocean, Local Transportation, Warehouse) is a plus
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
