Looking for a new direction with opportunities to develop greater responsibility?
Royal Organisation is looking for individuals interested in learning direct sales and building towards team leadership. You’ll begin with face-to-face customer engagement before progressing towards additional responsibilities as your results and capabilities develop.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Learn and present your assigned client’s offerings.
- Engage potential customers at event and outdoor campaign locations.
- Answer questions and support interested customers through sign-up.
- Work towards sales goals and apply feedback.
- Develop the skills to support newcomers when ready.
