Sales Product Manager

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams including technical, sales, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Ability to draft up channel program as part of the GTM plan.
• Gather and analyze market trends, partners and customer feedback, and competitive intelligence related to products and pricing.
• Create and prioritize product features and requirements based on business value.
• Collaborate closely with vendor and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality product and service delivery.
• Ability to collaborate withalliance and technology vendors to organize bundle program.
• Define success metrics and track performance to inform decision-making, draft up recovery plan or GTM plans.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate product ideas.
• Experience in inventory management to ensure FIFO, proper cash flow and operationally stock rotation.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across stakeholders.
• Ability and experience to draft up marketing plan. Work with marketing and sales to launch new features/products and ensure product-market fit.
• Ability to push out contents, advertisement and promotions to push for run rates
• Recruit partners, train and knowing how to sell through enablement of the products.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science,Business, or a related field.
• Prefer 1-2 years of product management experience in the IT or tech industry. Fresh Grade are welcome as well.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
