Sales Recruiter (remote, contract)

Our SAAS client is looking for a High-Volume Sales Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven role built for someone who thrives on outbound sourcing and can keep a high-volume pipeline moving without sacrificing candidate quality.

What You'll Do

• Proactively source candidates through outbound channels — cold sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels — rather than relying solely on inbound applicants
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline to meet aggressive hiring volume and time-to-fill targets
• Screen and assess candidates for sales aptitude, coachability, and fit against role requirements
• Partner with hiring managers in both markets to understand hiring needs, calibrate on candidate profiles, and provide regular pipeline updates
• Manage candidates through the interview process, drive scheduling, and ensure a strong candidate experience at every touchpoint
• Extend and negotiate offers, and manage the offer-to-start process
• Track recruiting metrics (source of hire, time-to-fill, conversion rates by stage) and use data to continuously improve sourcing strategy
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS

• Proven experience recruiting for high-volume sales roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong outbound/cold-sourcing skills — comfortable proactively reaching out to passive candidates, not just managing inbound applicant flow
• Track record of hitting volume and time-to-fill targets without compromising quality
• Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and markets simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build trust quickly with hiring managers
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
• Self-starter who can work effectively in a fully remote setting
