Sales Recruiting Coordinator

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Sales Recruiting Coordinator for our Columbus, OH location. This is a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Recruiting team throughout the candidate lifecycle, ensuring timely movement of candidates through the hiring process.
• Manage candidate records within ADP Recruitment Management and related systems, ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity.
• Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview schedules, next steps, hiring paperwork, and onboarding requirements.
• Facilitate the collection and organization of interview feedback, candidate notes, and supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating schedules, appointments, meetings, or high-volume administrative processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
