Sales Representative Specialist
Job Description:
- Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives within the assigned territory.
- Ensure optimal product distribution, physical availability and in-store visibility in line with company merchandising standards.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor merchandising activities to ensure high-quality execution of promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, local retail chains and key store decision makers.
- Analyse sales performance, identify business opportunities and implement action plans to improve results.
- Lead and support a team of merchandisers, providing guidance, motivation and performance feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, Marketing and Supply teams to deliver business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reporting and ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
