Sales Representative
You will call existing and prospective members, build rapport, understand their businesses, and recommend relevant products and services. You will collaborate with other departments on product launches, test new leads and scripts, meet sales targets, collect feedback, and support ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities
- Call existing members, build rapport, understand their businesses, and upsell relevant products or services.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and pitch upcoming product launches.
- Meet team and individual sales targets in a data-driven environment.
- Test new leads and scripts to support the sales team.
- Engage prospective members, understand their business plans, and recommend relevant products and services.
- Complete ad hoc tasks and projects that support other business areas.
Requirements
- Previous financial services telesales experience and success working toward a revenue target.
- Experience using Kustomer or a similar CRM tool.
- Excellent telephone manner and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of buyer behaviour, sales, and KYC.
- Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently toward KPIs and targets.
- Willingness to work with Product Owners to gather member feedback.
- Willingness to take on new projects and support team growth.
