Sales Specialist
You will support prospective customers as they explore finance options, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable funding solutions. You will manage inbound communications, pitch relevant lending products, coordinate with lenders throughout the sales process, and maintain accurate prospect data in Salesforce. You will also monitor customer trends and use sales technologies accurately to support reporting and successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound communications from customers.
- Proactively contact prospective customers exploring finance options and respond to inbound enquiries.
- Support customers through the digital journey to help them secure required funds.
- Assist with deals and work with lenders at each stage of the sales process.
- Pitch suitable lending products on behalf of the lender panel.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in Salesforce.
- Monitor trends and anticipate customer needs to identify businesses that need funding options.
- Add new and updated customer profile information into Salesforce.
- Use sales technologies and CRM systems accurately, promptly, and correctly for data collation and reporting.
