An international company based in Addis Ababa, engaged in the manufacturing and sales of solar inverters, lithium batteries, solar panels, EV chargers, and elevators (lifts), is looking for a qualified and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our growing team.
Location: Addis Ababa
Salary: Company Scale + Attractive Incentives + Commission
Qualifications & Requirements — Senior Outdoor sales
- Required; 15 sales
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 years in a senior sales
- Proven experience managing and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in solar products, electrical equipment, construction materials, elevators, or related industries is an advantage.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
