Description
Responsibilities and Scope:
- Processing sales contracts, registration, monitoring expiry and generate reports.
(CVA, EPP and ESC)
- Liaise with the departments’ managers / service team / sales personal.
- Generating proposals service quotation and job summary.
- To perform machine CTS inspection on site /workshop if require.
- Managing service sales tracking lead time and coordinating with service team to ensure timely delivery / completion.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintaining accurate customer data in CRM tools or population updating.
- Providing product information: sales support specialist provides product information, explaining features, Parts information and benefits.
- To perform machine / engine build up configuration option listing quote. (Cat Service Option Collaborator) SOC.
- Product specialist to be train.
- Arrange for the opening of work order to execute jobs request if requires.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns specialists also coordinate marketing campaigns with the marketing team, ensuring that sales efforts align with marketing goals.
