The Sales Support rep is organized, responsive, and customer focused. This role serves as a crucial connection point linking Sales, Customers, Engineering, Production, and Logistics. You will not just enter data, you will interpret customer requests, HVAC equipment specifications, field measurements, and mechanical drawings to develop rock solid quotes and turn them into error free orders.
