Sales Team Lead- Internal Applicants Only

The Sales Team Lead is responsible for driving performance, providing leadership, and supporting both recruiters and client managers within the organization. This hybrid leadership role is designed to flex based on team structure-supporting either Recruiters, Client Managers (CMs), or a combination of both. The Sales Team Lead will mentor team members, support operational excellence, and ensure high-quality service delivery to candidates, clients, and internal partners.

The Sales Team Lead is also responsible for managing and running a successful sales desk of their own, serving as both a producing leader and team mentor. This position requires strong communication, organizational excellence, and the ability to lead by example. This role is Omaha-office based and open to Internal Candidates Only.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of one year with GetMed Staffing
• 2+ years In Medical Staffing
• Previous Team Lead or leadership experience strongly preferred
