Sales Team Lead (Loan and Investment)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive the sales of salary loan and investment products while leading and motivating a team of sales professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring team performance.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Drive the sales of salary loan and investment products to individual and corporate clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
Monitor team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate partners.
Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in loan sales, investment sales, banking, or financial services.
Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is required.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Candidates with existing corporate networks will have an added advantage.
Minimum qualification: HND or Bachelor's Degree.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
