About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing and results-driven Sales Team Lead with proven leadership experience in the loan industry to lead, develop, and inspire a team of Sales Executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, coaching and performance management to a team of Sales Executives.
• Drive the acquisition and growth of salary loans and investments.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure monthly targets are met.
• Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to improve overall sales performance.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: HND or Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in loan sales, with significant expertise in Salary Loan sales.
• Previous experience leading a sales team in loan sales is required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
