Description
- Design and deliver training for B2B sales and outbound/inbound lead-generation agents, covering prospecting, cold calling, discovery, objection handling, and closing.
-
Teach consultative and solution-selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC, BANT) and adapt them to each client’s sales process.
- Train agents on the client’s products and services, value propositions, ICPs, and competitive positioning.
-
Build realistic role-plays, call simulations, and scenario-based exercises that reflect B2B buyer personas and decision-making cycles.
- Train agents on CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and on accurate lead qualification and data entry.
- Evaluate readiness through call certifications, pitch assessments, and sales simulations before agents go live.
- Coach agents on live and recorded calls, targeting conversion rate, appointment-setting rate, pipeline contribution, and quota attainment.
- Analyze sales performance and QA data to find skill gaps, then run refresher training and sales clinics.
- Keep scripts, playbooks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides up to date.
- Report on training effectiveness: time to productivity, ramp-up to quota, pass rates, and post-training conversion and retention.
- Work with sales operations, QA, and client stakeholders on program goals, messaging changes, and campaign launches.
- Promote a high-performance, compliance-aware sales culture, including call recording, consent, and data privacy standards.
