Salesforce Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to define the technical direction of Salesforce solutions aligned to business goals. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable Salesforce platform architectures, guide delivery, and keep quality high across releases.

Responsibilities

• Set and steer the technical vision for Salesforce implementations, including external system integrations and data quality practices
• Coach developers and technical staff to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions
• Align with client managers and development teams through regular communication to clarify requirements and connect IT strategy to business objectives
• Train technology teams on new frameworks, tools, and best practices that support business needs
• Review technology architecture trends and spot opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Evaluate and manage technology risks, partnering with stakeholders to support sound decisions
• Direct ongoing technical work and turn design ideas into operational IT solutions
• Deliver new features, enhancements, and optimizations continuously, including maintenance and refactoring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technology roles
• Minimum of 3 years in leadership, management, ownership, architect, or coordinator roles
• At least 2 years of experience leading teams of 20 or more people
• Participation in at least 5 full-cycle projects or experience launching a product or major product capability to market
• Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including a clear understanding of its strengths and constraints
• Experience with Salesforce Vlocity, Salesforce DEP, Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning Experience, and Salesforce core clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with client managers, development teams, and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and deliver technical projects, ideally in telecommunications or similar industries
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve platform challenges and convert business needs into technical solutions
• Ability to stay calm and proactive under pressure, maintaining a positive and resilient mindset
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or above

• Experience with additional Salesforce products or industry-specific solutions
• Salesforce Architecture or related certifications
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
