Salesforce Architect

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Sites, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud.
• Configure and optimize Omni-Channel for efficient case and work-item routing.
• Design and develop customer-facing portals using Experience Cloud and Salesforce Sites.
• Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and external systems.
• Provide technical guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Expertise in Omni-Channel, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Sites.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Apex, LWC, Salesforce security, and architecture best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
