Responsibilities:
- Works collaboratively with others across the organization to provide technical solutions for highly complex business
problems and is a subject matter expert for delivering.
- Supporting Salesforce solutions for the enterprise.
- This individual will be responsible for Solutioning and Architecting user requirements by utilizing the SFDC toolkit (e.g. LWC, Apex, Triggers, etc.) and SOQL capabilities
- Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, , JavaScript.
- Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and implementing new instances of from scratch.
- Proficient in SOQL, SOSL, web services (SOAP or REST) and Visualforce/APEX
- Experience with integrating Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Case Management
- Experience working with Salesforce API's
- Experience with advanced reporting, formula fields, and change management
- Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and s-controls.
