Salesforce Automation Tester-Sales Cloud+Copado

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Automation Tester with strong hands-on expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to test Salesforce Sales Cloud and Agentforce implementations. The candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing automated test scenarios, migrating existing Selenium test cases to Copado Automation, improving test stability and pass rates, and ensuring deployment quality through automated and manual testing.

The ideal candidate should have a consultative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide the existing QA team in improving automation frameworks and testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize automated test scenarios using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
  

• Migrate existing Selenium test cases to Copado Automation and complete the remaining automation backlog.
  

• Perform automated and manual testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud applications and Agentforce implementations.
  

• Analyze test execution results, identify recurring failures, and improve automation stability and pass rates.
  

• Lead the design and implementation of robust test automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
  

• Identify opportunities to optimize QA processes, automation coverage, and testing efficiency.
  

• Provide hands-on guidance and mentoring to the existing QA team.
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reliable Salesforce releases and high-quality deployments.
  

• Act as an extension of the client's QA automation team and provide consulting-led process improvements.
  

Mandatory Skills

• 6–10 years of experience in QA and software testing, primarily focused on Salesforce.
  

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Copado.
  

• Strong practical experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
  

• Proven experience migrating Selenium-based test cases to Copado Automation.
  

• Experience improving automated test pass rates, reliability, and stability.
  

• Hands-on experience testing applications built on the Salesforce Platform.
  

• Ability to identify process gaps and recommend effective QA and automation improvements.
  

Good-to-Have Skills

• Prior experience with Selenium automation.
  

• Salesforce test data management.
  

• Experience with Agile/Scrum QA delivery.
  

• Exposure to the Broadridge platform.
  

• Experience testing Salesforce Agentforce implementations.
