Responsibilities
- Serve as functional and technical leader for complex Salesforce projects across multiple business domains
- Translate business requirements into comprehensive user stories and well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions
- Define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for Salesforce implementations
- Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, and delivery teams to design optimal solutions
- Provide thought leadership on improving customer operations through strategic Salesforce utilization
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep platform knowledge and implementation expertise
- Strong proficiency in CPQ and Sales Cloud
- Must be proficient in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced)/ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management)
- Strong business analysis skills with ability to perform comprehensive fit-gap analysis between requirements and platform capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and user stories
- Experience providing accurate effort estimates and risk assessments for enterprise Salesforce projects
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Track record of defining business outcomes and success metrics for technology implementations
- Strong communication abilities to articulate technical concepts and strategic recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders
- Able to work Central Standard Time Hours – 8am-4pm CST Monday through Friday
