Salesforce Consultant

Position Summary :

As an experienced Consultant, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Must Have Skills :

- 3 - 6 years of hands-on consulting/industry experience

- Understand functional requirements and develop technical solutions in Salesforce

- 2 years of Salesforce.com experience

- Designs using standard patterns and effective communication

- Strong technical and problem-solving skills

- Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements

- Assess impact on technical designs caused by changes in functional requirements

- Perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience in Salesforce.com Development environments (VS Code)

- Knowledgeable in Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, SFDX

- Experience with integration and configuration

- Salesforce.com Platform Developer and Domain certifications

Key Responsibilities :

- Independently design, build, and deliver medium/high complexity stories

- Own medium-complex modules; perform PoCs, grooming, and present design options

- Engage juniors to follow best practices; perform code reviews and build client rapport

- Define release management strategy, pipeline management, and repository integration with DevOps

- Configure and extend Agentforce/GenAI components; perform PoCs for GenAI-powered features

Senior Consultant Role :

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions

- Lead robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments

- Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements

- 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com
