Salesforce Data 360 Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Data 360 Consultant with 4+ years of

overall IT experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with

Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Salesforce Data Cloud).

The candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring customer data

solutions, integrating data from multiple sources, building unified customer profiles,

and enabling customer segmentation and activation to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Data 360 solutions based on

business requirements.

• Configure data ingestion from various source systems using Data Streams

and supported connectors.

• Work with Data Model Objects (DMOs), Data Lake Objects (DLOs), and data

mapping to establish effective data models.

• Implement identity resolution rulesets to unify customer profiles across

multiple data sources.

• Configure calculated insights, data transformations, and data processing

workflows.

• Create and manage audience segmentation and activation to support

marketing and customer engagement use cases.

• Integrate Salesforce Data 360 with Salesforce CRM and external platforms

using APIs and supported integrations.

• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to

maintain data quality and consistency.

• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, developers, and

stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, documentation, and

production support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4+ years of overall IT experience in Salesforce, CRM, data management, or

related technologies.

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 /

Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Strong understanding of Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, and data mapping.
• Practical experience with identity resolution and unified customer profiles.
• Experience with calculated insights, segmentation, and data activation.
• Knowledge of data ingestion, transformation, harmonization, and integration

concepts.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating Salesforce Data 360 with CRM

and external systems.

• Understanding of customer data platforms (CDPs), customer data models,

and data quality principles.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce CRM experience, including Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL and data querying.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, or related Salesforce technologies,

where applicable.

• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud integrations and customer engagement use

cases.

• Understanding of data governance, consent management, and customer data

privacy.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications in Data 360 / Data Cloud or related

Salesforce technologies.
