MindPal is hiring a hands-on Salesforce Developer/Architect to take ownership of customizing, scaling, and integrating its existing Salesforce setup for the Commercial Design team. Core work centers on Salesforce architecture, workflow building, and external tool integrations, fully remote with flexible hours overlapping ~12:00-20:00 CET.
🔥We’re looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce architecture and workflows to help us customize and scale our Salesforce setup for the Commercial Design team.🔥
Salesforce has already been implemented, but it now needs fast, thoughtful customization and integration with external tools. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows what they’re doing and can take ownership from day one.
🟪 Key Responsibilities:
Design and improve Salesforce architecture
Build and optimize Salesforce workflows (especially for tool integrations)
Customize Salesforce to fit business needs quickly and efficiently
Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and internal teams
Work directly with the client to gather requirements and iterate on solutions
Actively receive and respond to feedback
Ensure scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions
🟪 Requirements:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer / Architect
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and workflows
Experience with integrations is a big plus
Very good English skills (B2+ or higher) — client-facing communication
Ability to work independently and proactively
Availability during flexible hours (not a strict 9–5; overlap between ~12:00–20:00 CET works well)
