Job Description: Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with approximately 4-6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML,and CSS.
• Configure Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, security controls, profiles, permission sets, and other platform capabilities.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and internal or external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or event-based approaches.
• Use approved AI-assisted development tools for code generation, code review, debugging, test-case creation, and productivity improvement while ensuring adherence to security and coding standards.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design,effort estimation, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate effectively with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA teams, and developers.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Boards for managing user stories, tasks, bugs, and sprint progress is desirable but not mandatory.
