Using our tech expertise and cross-industry experience, we evolve digital transformation into digital acceleration. We deliver full-cycle software development services that adapt seamlessly to project requirements and business needs.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Salesforce Developer to join our development team. Working closely with our Salesforce team, you will build and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud applications, automation, reporting, and integrations that support sales, marketing, and customer operations.

You will use AI coding agents as part of your development workflow from understanding requirements and planning changes to implementation, testing, and documentation while taking responsibility for the quality and correctness of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows within the org’s existing architecture.

  • Configure custom objects, fields, validation rules, custom metadata, and permissions to support business requirements.

  • Build and enhance REST API integrations with external services, including AI providers, advertising platforms, and business systems.

  • Use AI coding agents to investigate code, plan tasks, implement changes, and generate tests; review their output and verify results before release.

  • Write meaningful Apex tests, validate user workflows, and troubleshoot automation failures, integration errors, and performance issues.

  • Develop and test in sandboxes, prepare Change Sets and release instructions, and support deployment verification.

  • Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, including custom report types, filters, formulas, and subscriptions, to help teams track sales performance, marketing results, and operational metrics.

  • Collaborate with business users and technical teammates to clarify requirements, demonstrate solutions, and maintain clear technical documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Approximately 1 to 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, or equivalent demonstrable project experience.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, lead conversion, and sales processes.

  • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, DML, and object-oriented programming, including bulk processing, governor limits, and asynchronous Apex fundamentals.

  • Experience developing Lightning Web Components using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Flow, standard and custom objects, relationships, and when to use configuration versus custom code.

  • Understanding of Salesforce security, including permission sets, record sharing, and object- and field-level access.

  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and secure credential handling.

  • Practical experience using an AI coding agent such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or an equivalent tool. Able to provide clear context and instructions, inspect generated changes, and independently explain and test the resulting code.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Git, sandbox development, and debugging tools.

  • Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to investigate problems and ask focused questions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I certification.

  • Experience with Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, scheduled jobs, Named Credentials, and integration error handling.

  • Exposure to email automation, lead lifecycle management, custom reporting, or Visualforce PDF and proposal generation.

  • Experience integrating LLM APIs, validating structured AI outputs, or maintaining reusable agent instructions and skills; familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a plus.

Additional Perks:

  • HMO coverage on day 1

  • Annual Performance Reviews

  • 13th-month pay

  • Philippine Holidays and Client Holidays

  • Work life balance with fixed weekends off

  • NO Shifting schedules

  • Full-time Employment

  • Government-mandated benefits

  • Have the opportunity to work with a team of programmers and IT professionals and work directly with the client (US Based - SaaS Company).
