Salesforce Developer

You will work directly alongside Business Analysts, Admins, and fellow Developers in a tight, collaborative team environment where you will be building, testing, and shipping real solutions together, not working in a silo.

This role will sit within one of our core business pods (Service Cloud, Pricing, or Finance) depending on team needs and your background. The exact pod placement is flexible and will be finalized during the interview process based on fit.

What to expect day to day

● Build and enhance solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative tools
● Partner closely with Business Analysts and Admins in your pod to translate requirements into working functionality
● Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retros as an active member of an agile team
● Write clean, tested, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews with your teammates
● Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, working hand in hand with QA and other developers
● Design and integrate REST APIs to connect Salesforce with other systems
● Contribute to team discussions on architecture, technical approach, and best practices
● Support release and deployment activities alongside your pod

Skills needed for success
● Experience building on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows)
● Comfort working with SOQL, SOSL, and DML
● A genuine interest in working as part of a team rather than independently, peer-to-peer work, reviewing work, and being reviewed in turn
● Strong communication skills, especially when collaborating with non-technical teammates like BAs and Admins
● Experience with version control (Git) and standard development tooling
● Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or similar) are a plus but not required
● Curiosity and a builder mindset; you like figuring things out and shipping solutions

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
